We're Jessica and Nick Paez, a husband-and-wife team who believe that some of life’s best moments happen around good food, shared with people you love. What started as a shared love for hosting and grazing boards turned into something more, a way to bring people together, one cart and one conversation at a time.

 

With a deep appreciation for beautiful gatherings, seasonal ingredients, and handcrafted details, we created our charcuterie cart business as a family, pouring love, creativity, and a whole lot of cheese into every experience we offer.

Whether it's a cozy get-together, a milestone celebration, or a just-because kind of day, our goal is simple: to help you savor the moment, connect with your people, and create memories that linger longer than the last bite.
